Summer Wish List donations welcomed to help domestic violence recovery at Providence Houses
What do bubbles, bottled water, bathing suits, and baby items have in common?
They’re all items on the Summer Wish Lists of our Providence Houses in Burlington and Ocean counties.
Catholic Charities, Diocese of Trenton’s Providence House Domestic Violence Services provides comprehensive services to victims of domestic abuse and their children. We seek to end the cycle of domestic abuse through education, empowerment and advocacy while providing a safe haven from abuse. Our services are free and confidential.
We provided more than 20,100 hours of counseling last year to adults and children affected by domestic violence; sheltered 353 people in our safe houses; fielded more than 3,800 calls on our domestic violence hotline; and provided almost 7,000 people domestic violence education.
Your donations help thousands of people restore their lives after the trauma of domestic violence. Check out our wish lists and see how you can help!
