Our services include medication-assisted treatment (MAT), ambulatory opioid detox, treatment for pregnant women and intensive outpatient programs for individuals experiencing drug or alcohol dependence along with integrated health supports.
In addition to our continued on-site services, we are providing TELEHEALTH and TELEMENTAL HEALTH SERVICES – All you need is a telephone. To start, call our Access Center at 800-360-7711. In the event that you experience a psychiatric emergency and need immediate assistance please call 911 or your local psychiatric emergency screening center.
Behavioral Health Home
Provides on-site primary care services to individuals that are enrolled in the Mercer County partial care program. Services are provided through an Advanced Practice Nurse one day per week, and a full-time on-site LPN.

Family and Community Services (FACS)
Provides a wide range of counseling and psychotherapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families experiencing emotional stress such as marital discord, depression, anxiety, and parent-child conflict. Other services provided include additional services and parenting education workshops.

Prevention Plus
Provides substance abuse prevention services to Mercer County schools and organizations with a special focus on the Latino community. Services offered in Spanish and English.

Addiction Recovery Outpatient Program
Provides individual, group, and family counseling for those with alcohol and substance use problems. Services include: individual and group therapy, medication monitoring and case management.

For My Baby and Me
Provides intensive outpatient services for pregnant women who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Services include: medical care through all stages of pregnancy, birth and postpartum; medication-assisted addiction treatment; peer recovery and relapse prevention counseling and support; housing assistance; transportation; employment services; and child care for dependents.

New Choices
Offers an intensive outpatient program and outpatient services geared towards adolescents and young adults (13 to 21 years of age) with substance abuse problems.
