Mitzvah Project Benefits PHDVS Safe House
Special thanks to Marissa (pictured at right) who recently conducted a wish list drive to benefit Providence House Domestic Violence Services (PHDVS) of Catholic Charities in Burlington County. As her Mitzvah Project with Adath Emanu-El of Mt. Laurel, she created 300 brochures explaining her project and handed them out to individuals within the community.
Through the project, Marissa also asked for the community to collect items for the PHDVS emergency Safe House. Marissa collected items such as gift cards, conditioner, deodorant and cleaning products. Special thanks also go to Adath Emanu-El of Mt. Laurel who have been giving non-perishable food to PHDVS emergency Safe House throughout the year now for more than 15 years.
