Church & Dwight Co., Inc. Provides $10K Donation to Catholic Charities Community Services
Church & Dwight, Co., Inc. provided a $10K donation to the Mercer County Community Services’ Project Hope program run by Catholic Charities, Diocese of Trenton. “We are extremely grateful for their longtime, dedicated support of programs that help residents achieve self-sufficiency,” said Marlene Lao-Collins, executive director of Catholic Charities.
While this $10K donation was made by Church & Dwight Co., Inc., the Church & Dwight Employee Giving Fund has generously supported Community Services of Catholic Charities for more than 11 years. “The Project Hope program fits with one of our core support areas, preventing homelessness, and Catholic Charities has proven to be a valuable community partner over the years,” said Diane Tarapata, international regulatory affairs associate at Church & Dwight Co., Inc. “Catholic Charities has shown that they will put our money to good use.”
Community Services in Mercer County promotes self-sufficiency through workshops and trainings to area residents. Additionally, help meeting immediate needs is also provided to individuals and families as is assistance in locating affordable housing. Community Services was recently acknowledged for their highly successful Rapid Rehousing program by the National Coalition to End Homelessness.
